North - South, with the feet to the North.  Skeleton was extended.

Post-cranial traits:
Double inferior talar articular surface.  Double anterior calcaneal facet.

Spinal Joint Disease:
Presence of vertebral osteophytes on the lower thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, specifically: (superior) T11, L4, L5; (inferior) T11, L3.

Enthesopathies:
Enthesopathies on both patellae, which corresponds to the insertion of the muscle Vastus lateralis, and on the calcaneus at the insertion of the Achilles tendon.  It must be noted that this individual generally had pronounced muscle insertions.
